- These terms of service are provided to create a positive ordering experience for you. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these terms at the end of each order.
All product information and photos are examples only. Each mum and garter are unique, and no two will be exactly alike. All mums and garters are created based upon the information you provide on your order. Individual products will vary. Some decorations may be subject to availability.
Placing Orders:
- Order no later than (12) twelve days before your homecoming date. This is to ensure availability of items. If a rush order is placed, a rush fee will be added. Rush fees begin at $50.00 based upon mum size.
- Ordering early will ensure that I have room on my calendar for your order.
- All instructions MUST be on your order. Please use the NOTES area to tell me everything you want me to know. ALL mums and garters are made solely from your order form. Do NOT rely of previous emails, messages or conversations we have shared (if any). All instructions MUST be on your order. Please use the NOTES section to tell me EVERYTHING I need to know about your order. If it is not on your order, it will not be on your mum or garter. ALL MUMS AND GARTERS ARE MADE SOLELY FROM THE INFORMATION ON THE ORDER YOU PLACE.
- Changes or additions made AFTER your order is complete are subject to additional charges.
- If upgrades are requested prior to the pickup day, they must be paid for at the time of request. Change invoices that are not paid for within 24 hours will be canceled and upgrades not made.
- All sales are FINAL. Each mum and garter are custom made designs. No refunds are available.
Payment:
- All prices are subject to change.
- Pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE TAX.
- Payment is due in FULL at the time you place your order. Payments are accepted via Paypal.
- Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.
Pick Up:
- Pickup is in Lakeway TX.
- Mum and Garter Pick Up Day is WEDNESDAY the week of your homecoming. You will receive, via email, pickup details including time and address when your homecoming order is completed.
- Delivery is NOT available.
